The Boston Celtics . They have won the most , they dominated the 60's and 70's and early 80's . then they fell off the map of basketball. but now they are back , and have a chance to win their first title since 85-86 season .
The Celtics would have the most wins ever...I mean come on theyve won 16 titles. So with all games that matter (season and post season) Celtics win that. They were great back in the days before playoffs also.
